The 2024 WIE will be held in 8 exhibition halls at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) Phase II, covering an indoor exhibition area of 100,000 square meters. Based on the research directions, frontier technologies and application scenarios regarding intelligent technologies, and taking into account Tianjin’s policies on high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, an array of cutting-edge new technologies, new products, and new experiences from across the world will gather here for exhibition. There will be 10 themed exhibition areas for AI, provinces and municipalities, intelligent connected vehicles, IT application innovation, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transport and intelligent construction, smart life, digital finance, industry-education integration, and international competitions, highlighting the achievements in the development of cutting-edge technologies, products and innovative talents in the global intelligent technology industry in a panoramic, all-around, wide-angle and three-dimensional manner.

A total of 550 enterprises and organizations from all over the world will participate in the WIE, including 33 Fortune Global 500 enterprises such as China Electronics Corporation, Huawei, Alibaba, and Tencent, 67 Fortune China 500 enterprises including Baidu, Inspur Group, 360 Digital Security, SERES, Zongshen Industrial Group, and Cloud Account Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and, over 20 foreign-funded enterprises such as Tesla, GE, Dell, and Danfoss, 59 central and state-owned enterprises including CEC, NORINCO Group, Genertec, China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Tower, CNPC, SINOPEC, and CNOOC, 277 representative intelligent technology enterprises including iFlytech, Dawning Information Industry (Sugon), Siasun Robotics, Ant Group, and Han's Laser, and 57 universities and research institutions such as Tianjin University, Nankai University, Beijing Institute of Technology, and National Supercomputer Center in Tianjin. In addition, many provinces and municipalities, including Beijing, Hebei, Chongqing, and Guangdong, will also participate in the exhibitions. Meanwhile, an independent pavilion will be set for internal brands to show products in multiple areas such as smart healthcare and smart life in a centralized manner.

Besides, this year’s WIE will recruit professional visitors nationwide and form more than 160 buyer groups to expand business cooperation, enhance market-based operations, and promote the transaction and circulation of new products and technologies, thereby jointly building a WIE deep-level cooperation ecosystem and share the opportunities in the large Chinese market.
