It has launched a "One Point Access, Global Response" digital service platform called "ICBC Global Payment", which comprehensively meets the needs of multinational customers in multiple countries, time zones, and languages. It provides intensive management of multi bank and multi currency funds, ensuring smooth fund flow and information security. The "Letter Certification E-letter" is the latest electronic letter certification service launched by ICBC, which can achieve full process online processing, and the letter certification process can be traced, effectively shortening the business processing time. "ICBC Treasurer" is an integrated service system innovatively launched by ICBC for large group enterprises, enabling enterprises to upgrade Digital transformation and centralized management of financial resources, and helping enterprises to develop global operations.

The "Digital Intelligence Life" section showcases the achievements of ICBC in promoting rural revitalization and upgrading and transforming financial services. Xingnongtong "is an online comprehensive service platform created by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in rural areas, providing multiple service functions such as livelihood, village affairs, inclusive services, and service points. Jufu Tong "is an open financial solution developed by ICBC for the government, industry, and consumer sectors. It can deeply and personalized integrate ICBC's financial service capabilities with life and production scenarios, effectively improving customer experience.

The "Smart Future" section includes projects such as "Digital Future", "Digital Collections", and "ICBC Fantasy Island". Among them, "Shuling Future" carries a series of independently developed technical system achievements by ICBC, including "ICBC Seal Chain", "ICBC Nebula", and "ICBC Sky Eye", covering various aspects such as platform technical capabilities, business data cockpit, and case application, achieving digitization and visualization of major technical platforms. The "ICBC Fantasy Island" is a newly created fantasy space created by ICBC with the help of metaverse technology, which will lead viewers closer to ICBC's "virtual world".
